System Introduction
In feeding system:
The feeding system uses a single channel with fewer sensors for
better feed.
Heating system:
The preform is heated intensely, and the cooling device and
cross-venting protect the preform neck from deformation, improving
energy efficiency and heating efficiency.
Transfer unit:
The variable pitch device is servo controlled for stable and
accurate transfer.
Clamping unit:
The clamping unit is controlled by a servo motor to ensure
simultaneous, stable operation and precise positioning.
High pressure air recycle system:
The high-pressure air circulation system saves high pressure on the
fuel tank, reduces noise and saves energy.

waiting time per unit. The preform is heated intensely and is
heated as a rotary machine to increase the heating efficiency. At
the same time, high-pressure air can be saved through the air
circulation system for pre-blowing or low-pressure gas supply,
saving energy.
